"Newness of Life" is of my pastor, Rick Booye, baptizing Cleo, who is 83 years old. I was curious (and nosy) about why she was doing this at her advanced age, and she told me that her husband wouldn't let her get baptized, so she had to wait until he passed away. They had been married over fifty years.

This piece is currently being shown in the Dallas Museum of Biblical Art. It is available for sale.
